Can I check in after hours?
Reception is open 7 am to 8 pm Monday – Sunday.
For arrivals outside these times, please contact reception in advance to arrange key collection.
What is your cancellation policy?
Villa Mirasol Motor Inn operates on a 24-hour Cancellation/Amendment and No Show policy on all rooms and rates, and 72 hour cancellation on Group bookings over 3 Rooms.
Failure to notify reception of your non-arrival or amendment by, 1pm the day before your expected arrival date will incur the full cost of the first night’s accommodation.
Which payment methods do you accept and are there surcharges?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, AMEX and Cash. A valid credit card is required to secure bookings and must be presented with matching photo ID at check-in.
A surcharge of 1.5% on ALL Tap Visa/Mastercards, and 2.48% for American Express
Do you offer different syles of accomodation?
We offer a wide range of accommodation to suit every guest, from luxury Fully Self Contained Apartments, perfect for longer stays.
Executive King Spa suites, Deluxe Queen and Twin rooms, and spacious Family/Accessible options. Whether you’re travelling for business, a romantic escape, or a family holiday, you’ll find the perfect room to unwind in comfort.
All rooms are non-smoking.
Can I access Wi-Fi and Foxtel during my stay?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. All rooms include complimentary Foxtel and Foxtel Casting.
Do you offer free parking for guests?
Complimentary on-site parking is available for all guests.
Is there a swimming pool on the property?
Yes, guest can enjoy our outdoor swimming pool during their stay. Opening hours are from 8am – 7pm.
Pool towels are available from reception. (Not to be taken off premises)

Are self-service laundry facilities available on-site?
Yes, we have a guest laundry available. Opening hours are 8am-8pm. Coins are required for both Wash & Dryer. We have change available at reception. Laundry powder is also available at a small cost.
Do you offer accessible and disabled rooms?
Yes, we do. Our accessible room offers wheelchair access, a level entry shower, grab rails, a fold down shower seat, hand held shower head and on request one of our disabled rooms has enough clearance under the bed for a hoist and free disabled parking out the front of your room. The rooms are furnished in a way that gives an extra-large turning area.
This room is fully compliant for the needs of disabled persons.
Is breakfast available at the motel?
Yes. Hot cooked breakfasts are available seven days a week and delivered to your room.
How far is the Bundaberg Rum Distillery from the motel?
The famous Bundaberg Rum Distillery is a short drive from the Villa Mirasol. Visitors can enjoy guided tours that take you behind the scenes of Australia’s most iconic rum. The distillery also offers a premium Blend Your Own tour where you can create your unique bottle to take home-a great souvenir or gift. We recommend booking in advance, as spots are limited. If short on time you can visit the distillery’s retail store and browse exclusive rums, merchandise, and gifts.
Can you help book a taxi?
Yes, our reception team can assist with booking a taxi.
Is the motel located near the CBD?
We are conveniently located within walking distance to the CBD, train station, cafes and restaurants.
Are you within walking or driving distance to the Moncrieff Entertainment Centre?
Yes, the Moncrieff Entertainment Centre is located in the Bundaberg CBD, just a few minutes walk away. It hosts live shows, concerts, comedy, and film screenings throughout the year.
How far is Mon Repos Turtle Centre from the motel?
Mon Repos is about a 20 minute drive east of Bundaberg. The Mon Repos Turtle Encounters (seasonal from November to March) offers guided night tours where you can watch turtles nesting and hatchlings making their way to the ocean-a truly unforgettable experience. Bookings are essential through the Queensland Park & Wildlife Services.
The Mon Repos Centre is open all year round.
Can I take a day trip to the Southern Great Barrier Reef from Bundaberg?
Yes! Bundaberg is the gateway to the Southern Great Barrier Reef, with two amazing options for day trips.
*Lady Musgrave Experience departs from Bundaberg Port Marina from Burnett Heads for day trips to Lady Musgrave Island and lagoon. It’s an easy drive from the CBD. Please note, trips to Lady Musgrave are subject to weather conditions.
*Lady Elliott Island Tours depart from Bundaberg Airport offering day trips, operates in most weather conditions, making it a reliable year-round option.
What is the distance from Villa Mirasol local Beaches?
Bargara’s patrolled beaches are approximately 15 minute drive from the motel. Regular bus services run between Bundaberg and Bargara, except on Sunday.
